Additionally, demographic data has clearly shown that mobile browsers have become much more prevalent among lower-income families, so we focused on providing easy to access content, in formats that our community needed. This became a high priority for KHSD after seeing a sharp rise in site traffic from mobile devices like phones and tablets. The new site was developed specifically to function on mobile browsers.
